The people who come to CSBDU are interesting, smart, competitive, friendly, loyal, energetic, and fun to be around! Inclusiveness, camaraderie, participation—these are all our traditions.
From club meetings to student-run symposia to volunteering in the wider community, you'll find ways to get involved at CSBDU.
The BIS is a student-run organization dedicated to enabling its members to promote technology, foster research and secure opportunities in Information Technology domains.
The BIS Team has a number of events and activities planned for the 2007-2008 academic year including:
- Offering a mini-course on interviewing frameworks and methodologies. This course, taught by second-year students, will help first-year students become more familiar with the tools needed to excel during interviews.
- Sponsoring a number of other events aimed at helping first-year students prepare for interviews, including résumé reviews and mock interviews
- Inviting technology leaders to CSBDU to meet with students and discuss current trends and issues in the IT industry.
